1. I have had insurance with State Farm, and specifically with Larry Evins as our agent, for over 17 years. They have given good rates by bundling our home and auto coverage. When my teenage daughter totaled one of our cars several years ago, our claim was handled in a prompt and satisfactory way. For about eight years we owned a home that had multiple problems – most notably water leaks that caused major floor damage on at least two different occasions. Those were unpleasant experiences, but at least our insurance claims for our home were handled well by our agent’s office. Fortunately we have had no major claims for several years.

   For a period of time we owned a rental property, and Larry Evin’s office wrote us a policy for that condo. We had no claims, but getting the policy in place was a breeze.

   Lastly, our agent’s office had been good at keeping us up to date with any rate changes, and in getting me and my family members discounts when available.
