We have been using Valerie for over 15 years. She has always been very professional and pleasant in out contacts with her. We use her services for our home insurance needs. We previously used her services for vehicle insurance but have since switched companies for car insurance due to the increase in State Farms price increases. An issue we did have is a time when Valerie moved her office to Yucaipa, a town located 15 miles west of us. This made it inconvenient for an office visit but she has since moved her office back to Banning. We have only filed one homeowners claim with her and the process was seamless. She protected our best interest when the contractor who was approved to do the work was trying to keep increasing the costs of the work in the claim. My wife and I trust this agent.
