He isn’t always quick to respond to emails, despite being asked repeatedly to correspond via email instead of the phone. Other than that it’s been okay. We really don’t have much contact. I just pay and get my card and that’s that. We don’t have any sort of bond or connection and I could probably use someone else and not be any more or less satisfied. I think he’s been my agent as long as I’ve had this policy which as been probably five or six years. I’ve never had any problems with him other than the frustration of getting phone calls or being asked to call him when I email and ask to please keep this at emails or texts. I just have a hard time understanding people on the phone and I feel rushed whereas I could think before I speak and feel less pressure with emails, but he doesn’t seem to notice my requests.
