My agent is Tim Harvey but my contact person is Josh Dewitt, assuming this is Tim’s assistant. I contacted this agency to lower my premium for home and auto and ended up choosing their plan because the price my lower than my previous plan with Frankenmuth insurance.
The positives with this company is that I had to change my coverage and add/remove vehicles often when the policy started. I felt as if I was annoying but did not receive that vibe from them. They have always treated me with respect and were always quick to respond to any requests I made. Most of the correspondence is thru email but we have communicated by phone several times.
I was asked to meet in person to go over all of the other services they provide such as auto financing, credit cards, disability insurance but I declined as I was only interested in the insurance I purchased.
