Other than the usual kind of thing, where I forget my insurance card the night before my vehicle inspection, my personal contact with her has only been an occasional call for a question, or to file a claim (broken windshield) with one of my vehicles. However, a few months ago, I received a letter in the mail purporting to be from her (it had her name and logo on the letter, but some other unknown address), but it was an attempt to phish” for my credit card info and online passwords. When I called her office, she was confused, as she had not sent out any letters or been aware of her home office doing so. She told me she was going to call her home office to ask what was going on, and she later sent out a letter warning her clients to avoid following through with the activities requested in the fake letter. Her behavior in this incident was very professional, and she showed care for her clients.
