   This agent has been adequate, though has done nothing to exceed my expectations.

   I have been with this agent the entire time I’ve been driving, about 12 years. I chose them because they were the agent my parents used. My experience with them has been adequate. I have had one at fault accident during my time with them where I hydroplaned and hit a guard rail. I only had liability insurance at the time, so they did not cover any damage to the car, but they paid for the damage caused to the guard rail quickly and efficiently. With their accident forgiveness, my premium was not raised at all as a result of the accident. My only complaint about them is that they are a bit more expensive than other options. My premium has gradually gone down over time since I’ve been with them, but it is still higher than what other agents are offering, even when I have the bare minimum liability coverage with my agent. Which is why I plan to change insurance agents when I get a new car in the near future.
