1. We have carried State Farm for almost eight years (my husband even longer) – this office handles all of our insurance policies (auto, home, personal articles, and life insurance). I lost a diamond earring in the spring of 2015 and the office was very prompt in processing my claim so that I could get it replaced. Likewise, when I found the earring some months later and contacted them to return it, they were very helpful in that process as well. Within the past year we have also had to contact them several times about insurance we carried on a third vehicle and the office staff was always helpful in answering my questions and adjusting things that were incorrect for a low mileage vehicle. Finally, we have been in the process of updating our life insurance policies and Janine just contacted me today to follow-up on some questions I had called with last week regarding our policies. Excellent follow through and customer service.
