I chose this agent because I wanted a local place where I could go to pay my bill and talk about my coverage. I had used progressive first, but it was so hard to get a hold of a real person on the phone. It was a welcome change to have an actual person to talk too. Matt is a great agent and is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone. When I need home insurance in the future I will probably purchase it from Matt and State Farm.
