My husband and I chose this agent many years ago and at one point had our home insurance through him as well as any vehicles we owned. Now my husband and I are divorced and we no longer own homes, but I’ve kept my car insurance with Jay Stevenor because I’ve been very happy with him. I also recently added insurance for my RV. There was one claim I had problems with, but that wasn’t due to Jay, but to the State Farm adjustor I was dealing with. Jay did everything he could to facilitate payoff of the claim. He and his coworkers are always polite and helpful. They’ve been accommodating about late payments and about temporarily taking undriven vehicles off insurance for only a couple of months to save money. I’ve checked prices at other agencies at times, but Jay has provided the lowest prices for my vehicles.
