The insurer had a lot of options as far as carriers and plans. I was really happy with the amount of personal attention that they gave during the process of initially getting insurance, especially the life insurance. They also did a really good job of explaining what the different plans provided and what all of the terms meant. I also liked that for the insurance, they arranged to have someone come to my house to do the blood work that was necessary. It was also convenient to manage payments and policies online. The only issue that I really had was getting in contact with people after my policy took effect. When I had questions or needed to change something, at times it took a long time to get hold of the correct person.
