I haven’t had a lot of contact with the agency since I wrote the policy a few years ago. They did have the receptionist call me and say that they appreciate my business and thank me for it. That was a fairly silly waste of her time. The call and script was especially awkward. It didn’t have an end or leave room for any questions. I have one relatively low value policy with them and don’t really think they value my business that much. If they did, I feel like an actual agent would have made the call rather than a secretary. I don’t like the owner of the agency. She comes off as very, very fake, but the actual agents that write the policies are polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to any friends that were in need of a high quality policy.
