I initially contacted her via the get a quote” feature on her company’s website. She promptly sent me an email requesting all the additional information that she needed. After I supplied it, she came back within 24 hours with four different policy options for me to choose from. When flood and wind mitigation info was needed, she contacted my property manager to get it so I wouldn’t have to. After all was said and done, I went to her office to sign the documents. The office was nice and quiet and I was the only person in there. I don’t know if that says anything in particular about the business, but I really enjoyed the attention. The process took kind of a long time, but I’m not sure if that was her fault or the insurance company’s. Either way, it was a good experience overall.
