1. I would give them -5 stars if I could. Stay away!
   This agency is nothing but a bunch of scumbags. I had condo insurance with Allstate through this agency for almost 8 years. At the end they wanted to charge me more then double for the same coverage. I decided to cancel and went with another company with much better coverage for the same amount. So when my policy came to the end I sent email stating that I no longer need their service and not renewing. To my surprise they still charged my credit card. I had to call credit card company and dispute the charge. One would think this is the end of story. WRONG! A few months later Allstate started bombarding me with unpaid bills for coverage I never wanted to renew. I called Daniel Bosque and was told that I cann’t just stop my policy by not renewing and notifying by phone and email. I was asked for the proof of coverage and he requested a copy of my new policy first page. I personaly don’t beleive they have a right to ask for that but desided to end the matter and sent them a copy anyway. Fast forward a few months and I am getting a letter from collection agancy stating that I have to pay for a couple months of coverage AFTER the existing policy end date. Called again and one of their agents told me that she is going to contact the main Allstate office and take care of the matter. Few weeks after that got another letter from collection agancy. I am seriously considering a legal action. Stay away from this company and especially from Daniel Bosque agancy. They are just a bunch of crooks.
   As soon as you decide to go with another company they will try to milk and harass you with collection agancy for something you never asked for. One more thing. After I called agency and told them I am not going to renew my policy I got a renewal letter from Allstate with final amount about 15% lower then agency bill. You have a picture now.
