Anytime I have a question Jon is there to answer it. Someone always answers the phone during office hours and gives us an answer there is no need for a call back. When we bought our home we were unsure if we should get sinkhole insurance and he was able to show us where all the sinkhole activity in the state occurs and let us know the price comparison. Jon finds us all the discounts that we can get on our insurance so that our bill is very low compared to other people that I have talked to. When we were rear-ended Jon set up my medical payments with ease and got the ball rolling with the other insurance company so that we had nothing to worry about. We have been with Jon since we have moved to Pennsylvania and will continue to stay with his office.
