I chose this agent based on the recommendation of a friend. We have used this company since we first purchased our house in 2001. I have only had 2 claims that involved wind damage to our roof. The first claim wasn’t very much money so I didn’t actually go through the insurance company. The claim process and the claim adjuster was a smooth and easy process. The second time I had to make a claim it was still a small amount but I did submit the claim. Again the claim adjuster was professional. I have also contacted them a couple of times to get prices on auto insurance. Both times they needed to get back to me on quotes. I feel like I should be able to get a quote immediately when I call in. Both times their prices were too high. Overall I will probably switch insurance companies when my policy expires next as the price keeps going up too much each year.
When my husband and I bought a house recently, we had no idea who we should get homeowner’s insurance from. We called several agencies, and were completely frustrated with our experience. The person on the phone would tell us we could get the insurance and quote us a price, then we would receive something in the mail that had a different price and different coverage than we had discussed on the phone. Or they would tell us on the phone that we could get homeowner’s insurance, and then they would send us something in the mail saying that we couldn’t get insurance from them for some reason. After going through this 3 or 4 times, a family member suggested that we work with their agent, Ann Fadel. We couldn’t be happier! I went in and she walked me through all the coverage options, asked we what we were looking for in a policy, and then tailored the policy to meet our needs.
