This office has horrible customer service. They will drop your policy without notice. I wouldn’t waste your time or money. If you choose statefarm you deserve a better agent.
The agent was very warm and friendly to begin with. I enjoyed talking to them and felt like they would take care of my situation and help me get the best offer available. The agent was very helpful and listened to my worries and concerns when expressing my concerns. I did not feel like I was judged which made me feel even more comfortable speaking to them. I would return to the agent with any other concerns and feel that they would take care of my situation better than most people I have dealt with in the past. I would also recommend this agent to my peers and family members so that they can have the same type of experience I had. The agent had a very helpful attitude which is hard to find in customer service in today’s world.
