1. Allison has always, been very helpful, and responds quickly to questions and concerns. Recently, my oldest daughter got her driver’s license. Allison spent a very long time with me going through the different possible options for insurance coverage for her car. She put together seveal different quotes and walked me through what each covered and what the advantages and disadvantages of each would be for my daughter and for me. She also helped my daughter get temporary insurance coverage, which did not cost anything extra, so that she could take the car she had just purchased to take her driving test. That was extremely helpful because I drive a manual transmission vehicle which my daughter does not know how to drive and could not use for her test. Without her help, we would have either had to find a car to borrow for the test, or we would have had to register and insure my daughter’s car in my name first so she could use it for the test, then transfer it to my daughter later, which would have resulted in extra expense and hassle for my daughter and i. So I was very grateful for her help.
