it has been good but could be better because our communication is not efficient at all. She never inform me when there is any change in policies, any increase in fees or prices. Always I Find out these kind of changes by my own, and I do not like that she do not let me know previously and so I can make a better decision by the new change. So at the end, i just have to accept what the insurance company made in their new policies and they do not gave any options, that is why they never notice this kind of things to anybody in order to not have options. And when you asked them to give a better options they always say that there is not, that is the only one because those are their politics.
