I have had this insurance agent since she established herself in Cheyenne. I was a carry over from the previous agent. I have found the service to be relatively easy and headache free, however, from time to time they seem to want to sit down and spend an hour discussing my coverage. I understand that some people do not keep track of the types of coverage they have, but I do. I have absolutely no need to sit down and do this. But, if you don’t agree to do it, they want to call and nag you to do this. I suppose they are just trying to keep up the personal contact but if I need contact I will do it. On the other hand, a while back we had an issue where my daughter had a small fender bender and in the same day I heard from the corporate office as well as the local office, asking the same question. I would think that the corporate offices would like to let the local offices take care of these small issues.
