I moved to back to Chicago after graduating from college and was in dire need for car insurance. After comparing insurance companies online and completing numerous quotes Geico was the fastest and the cheapest of all offers. Within thirty minutes of completing my online quote with Geico, I received a call from Kevin Ware an insurance agent from the company enticing me with exclusive discounts, and a even better insurance package. By the time I ended the call not only was insured to drive in the state of Illinois but I had saved a ton of money in the process. I have been with Geico now for over 5 years and have never had a problem with my insurance, and my agent constantly works on improving my rates, and provides a wonderful customer experience everytime I enter the office. Based on my experience with myagent, I am sure to continue my coverage with Geico in the future when I purchase a house and need Home Insurance.
Despite the fact that I live rather far from my agent, when I needed him to look at my car after it was hit by a deer, he was very accommodating of my schedule and met me where I needed him to meet me and made the trip very promptly so that I could get repairs made. Friendly and prompt. Similarly, when I had a cracked windshield that needed to be examined before I could obtain needed repair / replacement, I got the help I needed quickly. I’ve never, in fact, been to the Chicago office. I had no idea where Kevin Ware’s office was before I took this survey. I haven’t needed to know it. When I need Kevin Ware, my local representative of GEICO insurance, I call the main GEICO insurance phone number, and the customer service person on the other end of the line handles most things that I need, only referring me to my local agent, Kevin Ware, in cases where in person visits are needed. Although I have held insurance with this company for 15 years, I have only needed such in person visits on two occasions. Both times that I required in person visits from my insurance agent, Mr. Kevin Ware, I was delighted with his prompt, courteous, helpful attitude and manner in arranging appointments and providing me with the assistance that I needed. GEICO’s Kevin Ware is a gem among insurance agents, and I highly recommend him to any customers in the Chicago area.
