1. It has been very easy to work with this insurance agent. She was very helpful in setting up renter’s insurance and auto insurance. Getting both done has been easy and pain-free. She has been helpful in finding ways for my rates to be cheaper. I first found out about her from a friend who also has insurance on their rental and car through her through State Farm. Even though I can probably get insurance that is cheaper from another company, I will be staying with this agent because they have been helpful for me and the process of working with her was easy. She’s been willing to email me documents instead of relying on hard copies and she seems very flexible. One time, when I called her office when it was about to close, she stayed a few minutes after her closing time to help me out, which I really appreciated.

2. We used this particular insurance provider for our homeowners insurance because State Farm is reputable and provides excellent coverage as well as customer service. This particular agent and agency is wonderful. The phone is answered promptly, curteous staff, and very helpful staff and knowledgeable agent. Filing claims is also easy, as it can be done online or over the phone with one of the helpful staff members. We initiated a claim and sought the agency’s advice who advised us in the right direction as far as repairs, and ended up not even having to file a claim and saved us the cost of the deductible! I have inquired about several issues over the course of the last several years and always receive a thorough response in the best interest of my husband and I as homeowners. They are amazing here!”
