1. We were associated with this agent for the past few years. We have our house and autos insured by the company recommended by this agent. Generally, the service offered by this agent was good and fair, especially on the beginning phase. After you became one of the customers for this agent, the agent was just busy on their new customers instead of the old customers. They don’t want spend too much time to help you to find a better offer if you was not satisfied with the current policies. But, the service offered by this agent was generally stable and consistent, and acceptable. We would like to keep a long relationship with this agent. We also wish the agent improves their service for the current old customer not only focusing the new customers.

2. I have my auto & home insurance service associated with this agent for more than 5 years. His service is generally good for me. At the beginning, he was very helpful to select the reasonable company giving some suggestions. After a few years, the expense of policies increases gradually. His service becomes a habit, with less suggestions and inputs. Sometimes, I did not hear back from him after requested a few questions. I felt his service attitude a little bit changing. I guess he might more focuses on the new customers but not old customers. When asking why the cost was increased so quick, he just simply replied it was due to a increasing of the price of construction materials in the market. He seems not give more options to select for his customer benefits.
