I have had insurance with Eric Neff for three years now. His office is clean and tidy and I always enjoy our interactions. He does what he says he’ll do and does it on time. I have had to file one claim and it was a very painless process. Eric handled it very quickly and efficiently. He keeps us in mind any time there is a money saving opportunity but not so much so that its bothersome. He can always answer any questions I have and if he doesn’t know right off hand he always finds out and calls me back in a reasonable amount of time. He normally asks about my family when I go in to pay my bill or adjust my coverage. I feel like he is genuinely concerned with my personal well being and the well being of my family. He routinely goes above and beyond the requirements of his job to meet our needs. Whether its helping us find just the right renter’s coverage we need or explaining to us the different parts of our policy. In addition to all of this he also sends my family a card for Christmas and for each of birthdays. Its this kind of service that really keeps me loyal as a customer. There might be cheaper plans out there somewhere but its hard to believe they would come with this level of customer service. I would recommend Eric Neff and Nationwide insurance to anyone that asked for my opinion. “
