We bought homeowners insurance from Trey when we were buying our house. We renewed this year and when we had a flood a few months ago, we rang them to ask for help. They confirmed coverage and put us in contact with some great restorers. As well as dealing directly with the insurance firm, Trey’s staff have also phoned to check things are going well with the repaid and claim.
Several times, they contacted the insurance firm for us to confirm or query something. They were able to offer an emergency payment to cover the cost of staying outside the house whilst emergency repairs were made and even contacted a hotel for us, so all we had to do is go there.
I found them friendly and helpful even though they provide good coverage at very competitive prices.
