We have been using Brian Byrne from Horizon Insurance for over 20 years. We started with him when we moved to Columbus OH in 1994. Brian has helped us with our car and homeowners insurance, assisting us to get the best deals with several different companies.
When we first started with them, our children were just kids, Now they are grown and also use Brian to help them with their insurance needs.
About 7 years ago we moved from the Columbus area to the Chicago IL area and since they are also licensed in IL we were able to continue our relationship.
For the past few years we have had Travelers and been happy with the service. Brian not only has assisted us in getting a good price but also on the rare occasion when we have had to file a claim he was right there with us as our advocate.
When we moved to Chicago, our grown daughter stayed behind and continues to live in the Columbus area. It gave us peace of mind on a couple occasions when Brian went above and beyond when our daughter was involved in a hit and run accident. He helped her out and made us feel at ease knowing that she had someone nearby on her side.
I wholeheartedly recommend Brian Byrne and everyone at Horizon Insurance Agency, if you are considering going with an independent agent. He has helped us out repeatedly through the years and we hope to continue to work with him for many years to come.
