1. Great agent! He has done such a great job with my insurance and understanding what has been going on with it. For month i have been fighting and fighting about a payment that lept changing every month. My Original payment was 184 a month andit was going by smoothly for my forst couple of months, then when my dad changed one thing in my policy put of no where it jumped from 184 all the way up to 600. I was very outraged by what had happened and i called the farmers office directly and they wanted to charge me more! So i talked to isreal and he told me to keep paying my 184 a month while he figured it out. 3 moths have passed and i have noticed my bills dropping down slowly and i have faith that he will get me back down to my original 184 payments. I highly recomend this agent to anyone looking he is very respectful and responsoble amd will welcome you with kindness everytime you walk into the office. I do believe that one thing he can work on a little bit more is being in his office for more hours cause there are times where i would call and he would not be in his office to answer my questions. His secretarys can also do a better job at helping youbwith your problem and relaying messages to isreal because there have been time where my message wasnt relayed to isreal. Overall amazing job done by this man and i will continue to give him my business.
