Joshua called me before I moved into my rental home in Corona, CA to discuss renters insurance options, at which point I was impressed by his professionalism and also switched my auto insurance to this agent as well. Over the past year, I have dealt with Beverly and Ruth who have relayed information for Joshua and have misinformed me SEVERAL times. Whenever I request to speak directly to Joshua, he is unavailable to assure me the information I’ve been given is correct. Each statement I receive reflects a much higher premium that what is promised by this agent and there is always some excuse, such as I must have overlooked that when we spoke last” which is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. When our cars were broken into, we were told insurance would only cover a tiny fraction of the cost of items that were stolen- not even 1/3 of the cost. Dealing with this office has been nothing short of a nightmare.
