I have had to call his office on multiple occasions for different things. No matter what it was he was always willing to answer my questions. If he couldn’t answer them he would send me on to somebody who could. Even if he didn’t answer right away He was very prompt in getting back to me at a later time. Dick is the agent of everyone in my family so I initially had a very positive opinion of him anyway. He has lived up to expectations and makes you feel like your problems are just as important as all his other clients. About a year ago I got into a car accident and State Farm and by extension my agent was super helpful and easy to work with. Whereas the person who hit me, their insurance company was infuriating and caused me a lot of stress. I’m glad I had my insurance company on my side.
