I had an issue with my paperwork showing coverage not reaching the Driver Services Dept. I was pulled over due to lack of coverage and my car towed. I was actually covered for that time and my agent was able to assist me in court. That Is what I call excellent customer service, because I never expected him to go that far. He provides great service and treats each customer as if they are his only one. As I take this survey, I wonder what really made me leave him. I think it was due to him moving his office to Cumming. When I get another vehicle I will be sure to contact him again at the new office Cumming. He used to be located right around the corner from me.
