1. There is usually a long wait line with bilingual people who do not possess good English verbal skills. They gave a quote over the phone which took more than 30 minutes and the quote was different when going to the physical address. It was still the cheapest for auto insurance compared to others, for one year. There was another location by the same company who gave a phone quote cheaper after searching around. Therefore, we went with the other location. Then, followed by paperwork sent via mail, the rate continued to be less expensive for the coverage compared to other companies. They said after one year, the rate would drop down to a lower monthly rate. This did not occur. In fact, they wanted to almost double the existing rate. Therefore, we discontinued our business with them and chose another company.
