1. Our previous agent was no longer with the company so we were defaulted to this agent. I purposely avoided contact until it was absolutely necessary, but eventually found it necessary to acquire insurance for a new vehicle. Our previous agent was in a shady commercial location in a sterile, outdated, business type environment in a dirty office building. I was beyond pleasantly surprised during my visit to Al Schelling’s office. Although in an odd location (more residential than commercial and on an inconvenient corner), it was decorated just like a home and felt warm and comfortable. The secretary and assistant were friendly and were fantastic with my one and a half year old son. They offered us drinks and snacks and kept my son entertained at all the right times so that I could complete the paperwork in a timely fashion. The information was standard and the one discrepancy in our history was corrected immediately. I could make my payment in the same office, received a temporary insurance card immediately, and the entire process was smooth. I was awarded a gift certificate to a local restaurant for my loyalty and I am sure to refer any friends and family to this agent and for this action can receive additional rewards and incentives. I am confident that if I’m required to file a claim or wish to get other quotes, the office will be available, attentive, and the process would be easy and completed successfully on my first visit. A pleasant surprise!”
