She is very kind and attentive, and has a great phone voice. I have not had any issues, also because I have not had a complicated account or claims. She calls to check in and let me know if there are any new promotions I could be interested in. She is diligent about letting me know what adjustment she needs to make. I have renter’s insurance so I want o make sure I am covered for the full amount in case anything were to arise. It was the first time purchasing rental insurance and she was great about walking me through my deductible, what items were not covered and what items were covered. Overall it has been very positive and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good agent!”
I’ve only interacted with her a handful of times over the phone. I bought renter’s insurance online and she was assigned to me. I like that I can make payments online and that I never get charged for a late fee. From what I’ve heard she is knowledgeable, personable, and works hard to get good rates. I got my insurance last minute and she was there to help. She is very friendly and professional. I have heard some negative things but she has only been great to me and my roommate. I think people already have a poor opinion of insurance agents but I would definitely for sure give her a chance. She might surprise you and get you a very great rate, it’s worth a shot. I only have positive things to say.
