We primarily work through Matt, an agent who works under Tony, or the receptionist in the event we need assistance. He has great customer service, and has been nothing but friendly and helpful. We experienced one claims issue, and he was immediately on the phone with an underwriter and the claims adjuster to help get the coverage issue sorted out. The premiums are competitive, and the policy offerings are vast. This allows us to get everything we need in one bundle. One bill, one agent, and much less hassle. At this point, even if we could get a better price elsewhere, I won’t be shopping around; simply based upon the level of service we receive.
