1. I have used this agent for many years but have not had to use my insurance much. When I have used my insurance I have been pleased but this really had nothing to do with my agent. Thinking about direct contact with my agent I can only think of a few instances which were related to changing my address. Most of my initial calls to the office were answered by his brother (?) and handled by his brother unless I specifically requested to speak to my agent. In these instances I have always been told I would receive a return call. Overall, my impression is that he does not like to talk on the phone and delegates this task to other people in his office. He has called me directly a handful of times to verify information.

2. I have been using David Wrublik for my home insurance for as long as I have had my condo (11 years). He has always been a huge help with our car accidents and condo association issues that we have had. We feel we can trust him more than any agent we have ever known. He was the one that told us that we could bring our car insurance costs down when we added our teen son to the policy, by having our son go through the TEENSmart program. He truly tried to help us save money, because he knew we couldn’t afford much. We have developed a good working relationship with him over the years. When my car was totaled, back when there was a horrible flood in my town, he explained every single step of filing a claim and how things would play out, so that I didnt stress out at all.
