Charlotte was the one who signed me up originally for auto insurance. She worked for a guy named Larry High but I always dealt with her. She has such a great reputation that when Larry retired at the end of 2015, she took over his whole office and is now head agent. Whenever I call with questions, she immediately answers them, and if she is busy in a meeting or on another call, she calls right back when she is done. Over the last 10 years she has helped me with several claims. I got into a pretty bad one car accident in 2010 and she was so nice about the whole process – she helped get my claim processed quickly and dealt with the auto body shop that was fixing my car. I was out of state at the time on vacation so that was amazing for me. I was worried about how big of a hassle it was going to be but it was pretty painless. I could not ask for a better agent.
