When going to try to get my insurance price lowered, she sat with me for over 30 minutes going through all my homeowners options trying to save me money. I remember in particularly, she looked at a map to see that I was just close enough to a fire hydrant to qualify for,, something, I don’t remember exactly what, but i know it knocked a few dollars off of my bill, So, that made me happy!
She also was very helpful with my car insurance when I switched jobs and didn’t have to drive as far anymore. That qualified me for a auto reduction!
She is also very personable. Every time I see her she asks how my kids are doing as well as my parents. She asks about my job and health. Things like that matter. Stuff not taught in employee handbooks. Human interaction on a personal matter. I don’t feel like a customer as much as a friend. It is always to pleasure to see her at the office, or run into her at the grocery store or gas station.
