My experience with Larry Spivey, who is a State Farm agent was very good. He offered personalized face to face service when we first moved to a new town in a new state. He described the type insurance we would need in the new state and how it differed from our previous state.
When we moved across state to a new town we stayed with Larry due to several factors. One, we already had a relationship with him and two, after doing some shopping and getting quotes State Farm still remained the best price with the best customer service for us.
The only thing that we do not have through Larry Spivey is a good understanding of discounts we receive and could be receiving as opposed to some information that was mailed to us from another in state representative from the same company.
