I got in a car accident last year where I wasn’t hurt but the person in front of me claimed to be. It was a very low speed accident and There was no way they could have gotten lasting injuries. Josh fought for me and provided me with good progress reports on the claim against me. While there was still a injury pay out it was far less than what the original claim was for. I think this had to do with josh’s tenacity and believing my side of the story. My rates did go up, but not by much. I feel that allstate and josh’s office care about their customers more than other insurance companies I’ve had to deal with in the past. I’m a happy allstate customer and will continue to use them for my insurance needs and will happily recommend them to friends and family.
