Ted Mitchell is a wonderful agent. The ladies upfront in the office are always friendly with a smile on their face. If I have any questions regarding my policy or even adding or taking something off my policy he is very helpful in that aspect. Unfortunately I have been in several accidents (that weren’t my fault), but Ted has always taken good care of me and has dealt with the other drivers agencies for me so I don’t have to do it. The only downfall with Ted Mitchell is that if there is an accident I have to go to the police station to get the accident report they do not do that for you. Also they are great when needing pictures of the accident instead of the adjuster coming to the car, I can take them and email them directly to Ted for him to look at. Which saves time and money. Also every time I go into his office he is working very hard and always smiling with his customers.
