1. My insurance agent was Stan Malcolm, who was an experienced veteran of the insurance industry. He guided me through the entire process very efficiently and fluidly making sure I understood everything he was saying. My dad was present with me during this encounter and he made sure he wasn’t giving out a bad deal. He smoothed everything out, laid out bullet points for us to understand and overall made the process a lot easier than other agents seemed to be. His ability to relay information through an efficient and effective manner was what won my father and I over to his side. In the past we’ve tried out a few agents and they all had hidden lines or read the fine print moments, but with Stan, there was nothing like that. We signed the deal and were given our terms right in front of us.

2. I started working with Stan Malcolm Jr from State Farm in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey back in December of 2010. I was recently let go from my job and could not afford my auto insurance at the time. I had seen billboard of Stan Malcolm’s business so I figured that I would give him a try. Stand spent hours working with me, trying to figure out a plan that would work with my drastically cut budget. We discussed every option that was available for me. His service was so good and genuine that I ended up bundling my home owners insurance and my auto insurance by March of 2011. This way, I am now actually receiving a discount. This was Stan’s suggestion for me. Very honest genuine guy, I consider him a member of my family.
