Even with this agent being on the other side of town and there are closer agents. I really like this agent and she was highly recommended. She helped me out when I was having issues getting lower rates from other places because I had a no fault accident from 3 years ago and many jacked up my rate quotes for that. She was nice and figured out a way to get my rates down by asking me to do some driving school test which was online and also found discounts I didnt even know I could claim. Like my onstar was considered a location device for anti thief. That I was a medical professional it lowered my rate. Also because I went with a non turbo version on my car that she was able to drop the rate. Many people I know where spend 200 easy on full coverage but I have it for 125. Shes always answered my questions in a timely manner even if I called after hours. She is a super agent. Thanks”
