1. Tom was really helpful when assisting me in setting up my account. He also went over the plans very carefully and didn’t pressure me into selecting a more expensive policy. In other words, he didn’t upsell at all He also helped me get the best applicable discounts to fit my needs. He let me know about the Safe Driver discount as well as a student discount. There’s also the Drivewise program where you stick a sensor into your OBD port and it tracks if you’re speeding. Basically, you rack up points by driving safely. He also encouraged me to go paperless, so the correspondence from Allstate wouldn’t pile up. Everything I need is on the website, so no need to fuss with mail. Plus, you can pay right on the website. Overall, I’m satisfied.

2. Tom has offered our family excellent service. He is always available to answer our specific questions and to give advice. Yet, he has never pressured us into purchasing anything that we didn’t need. We feel we can speak honestly with him and receive honesty back. I would have never thought that I would use a single agent, rather than going on-line” to find the best deal. But this professional relationship has been beneficial to us in many ways. At times I feel Tom has looked out for us and our children and as they became purchasing adults, were able to help them in the same way he assisted us. Several of our adult children now use him as their agent even though that generation often purchases only on line. They have come to also value the relationship they have with Tom.
