I was new to the Englewood area and a family memeber nearby recommended Chris. He is a great guy and he’s always there to help you. He worked with me to transfer over from my old company in new york and get me the same coverage. He look at every possible discount that he could get for me too which I really appreciated. Soon after, I ended up moving again a few hours away from Englewood and Chris still helped me out over the phone to help me change the details of my account and tweak my coverage to get me the best deal in my new area. He also linked me up with renters insurance as well. I was having some trouble cancelling my previous insurance in new york and Chris told me exactly what to do and even sent a couple faxes to them to ensure that everything had cancelled and they had proof of my new insurance. Any of the ladies that work in his office are always nice and cheerful every time you call, and willing to help even if Chris is unavailable. He is quick to return phone calls and if you happen to walk in on any random day he will almost always be able to squeeze you in.The only issue I had was sometimes his offices closes a little early on certain days – working retail, I would drive by after I got out of work and it would be closed already, but it was nothing I couldn’t work around.
