I have been with Michael for many years. He answers my questions promptly over the years and he always provides us the information we need to make insurance-related decisions. He also provides up to date insurance-related information on his Facebook page and by email that helps me to keep up with current trends or issues. His office location is convenient, just outside the city center and accessible from work and most routine trips. His office staff has always been able to answer questions promptly and I rarely have to wait for returned calls. Prices on policies appear reasonable and increases are not common. We have held most of our policies for many years and have not once considered going to another agent. I would highly recommend Michael to my friends and family.
