When I went over to their office they were very helpful and friendly. Kalene was busy that day, but another girl that works for her was available and able to help me right away. I was waiting less than two minutes before I was able to see an actual person. They quickly went through my policy options and all the many questions that they needed in order to setup car insurance (i.e. how many drivers, who are they, how many vehicles etc). They also quoted me a discount and price if I decided to bundle home insurance with my auto policy. I declined at this time, but it is nice to know that option is available. A few minutes later I signed a couple of papers, and was out the door with my new policy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.
