1. I have used TJ Wendt Insurance for 5 years now. A close friend of mine referred me to him. Every time I go into the office they remember my name. State Farms prices are also very reasonable. I like that I can always call and talk to a real person if i need anything. I have had to use their towing service before too, and they got It taken care of right away. The process was simple and virtually stress free. Plus one of the ladies from his office called to check on me the next day, Which I feel was above and beyond what they needed to do. I have changed vehicles several times over the last few years and all it has taken was a five minute phone call to get my insurance changed. There was a fire in my storage shed on the property that I rent a couple years ago. I called TJ’s office and they sent an adjuster out right away. They made the claim process easy and I was compensated for the loss quickly. Again a couple days after the fire a lady from TJ’s office called to check and see how I was doing and asked if I needed anything else or had questions. Overall I am very satisfied with the my insurance agent. I feel like they sincerely care about their customers. The rates are good, and keep going down for me the longer I stay with them. I have no plans of finding someone else.
