I’ve been with State Farm for many years and have had 3 agents. I have three policies with State Farm. You didn’t have the option to select a personal articles policy, which I also have. She is the least favorite agent I have ever had, and I have considered moving to a new agent many times. I like her office staff, so I don’t need to deal with her often, but she is always attempting to push annuities on me. She wants to know what money I have in my 401Ks and wants to give me info on moving to an annuity. I don’t appreciate her pushy salesmanship because it seems like all she cares about is money and new business. If State Farm had the option, I would prefer to use a website and just call a central number if I have to deal with a person, rather than have an insurance agent.
