Is it possible to give negative stars? Allstate Agent Kevin Ierlan was extremely rude, unprofessional, & obviously incompetent. Definitely should not be working with people.
I had bought car insurance for multiple cars and later I also inquired about personal item insurance in order to insure a camera drone I had purchased. The agent was quite knowledgeable in regards to car insurance and the like, and they were very willing to help me get started and signed up. However, in later visits when the visits became more oriented toward pricing, the agent was actually quite rude and not too friendly. He was not willing to work with me on the price. I inquired as to why my insurance premiums kept going up, and he basically shrugged it off. When I mentioned I was considering leaving to go to a different company, he quite literally said well then go. I liked, and still like, the service of the company, but I wish they were more willing to work with customers and at least stay relatively competitive in terms of price.
