1. I’ve been insured through Jesse Wisdom for about 8 years now and haven’t had any negative experiences. During this time I’ve only had one claim, and it was handled fairly and promptly. It was a minor car accident where I was not at fault, and he understood that and made the process very easy. One of the things that has kept me insured with Allstate and specifically Jesse Wisdom is his friendly and hardworking staff. I’ve gone through many policy changes over the years and they always handle it very well. When going in to the office, I rarely have to wait to be attended to, and when I do have to wait, he offers free beverages and small snacks to his patrons. When I’ve made a policy change or vehicle update his staff has always helped me through the process and gotten me out the door quickly. I was also very surprised on one occasion when I had forgotten to update the safety features that my car had, including ABS and a blind spot warning system. They realized that I had left these features off and called me about it. After updating my policy with these savings features, my monthly bill went down almost 10 percent, so I was shocked that they actually brought these savings possibilities to my attention. Overall, I am extremely happy with Allstate and especially with Mr. Wisdom.
