Barry is a nice enough guy. His office is usually open a little later than advertised – which is nice and he does seem to remember most of the big picture details of who I am and exactly what my needs are without having to refer to my policy, but I also feel like I get steered away from more affordable options when I’m doing business with him.
My family has been insured through him for years, and we’ve never had to make a claim on anything so I don’t know how it is to deal with him in a crisis situation.
When I found out that I could idle” insurance on a car in long-term storage, Barry wasn’t helpful in making this happen. He didn’t say that I couldn’t do it, but after talking to him on the phone I was more confused than I was before I called him. Later, I called again and told him to do it, which he did – but I felt like he “fought” me on it.
